Living a Healthy Life: 5 Day Healthy Living Challenge

As a wellness coach, I help women and sometimes men discover what has been preventing them from living their healthiest life.

One of the things I am always surprised by is what some of my clients view as healthy eating. Most of the time it is a diet mentality were you eat less or remove certain things from your eating plan. Yes, if you are going for weight loss, eating less will achieve that goal but it will not be the healthiest thing to do.

Living a healthy life is about balance. Not only about what you are eating but how your are sleeping, how you are moving, and how you are taking care of your mental health.

Creating this balance is not hard to do. If you have control of these four elements, you have a healthier life.

Starting January 24th, I will be offering a free 5 Day Healthy Living Challenge. In these 5 days, you will learn healthy eating and meal planning, how to get better sleep, easy movements you can start your exercise routing, and ways to protect your peace. This is for everyone who wants to work on living a healthier life. There are 5 modules in this challenge one each day and you can check them out in your own time. There will a group text to be able to ask questions throughout the week and on Wednesday Jan 26th, I will have a zoom call to answer any questions live.
