In our work together, I won’t try to take your pain away or tell you how to “move on.” Instead, I hold a safe and sacred space where you can express your emotions freely—whether through silence, storytelling, tears, or stillness. I listen with my heart, not my head, and I welcome your full experience without judgment or timeline.
My role is not to teach, but to learn from your unique grief. With humility and curiosity, I help you tune into your inner wisdom as you begin to integrate loss into your life in a way that honors both your sorrow and your strength.
