Products To Help With Your Menopause Journey

If you have been paying attention, you may have noticed there are more products that cater to menopausal women. I’m not just talking about estrogen supplements but products that address all aspects of menopause.

Some of the products that I have used or just recommend are:

State of Menopause is a company that addresses menopause symptoms like hot flashes, itchy skin, and joint pain. The company is run by Stacy London who you may remember from the show What not to Wear. She started the company to solve menopause issues she was having. Their products are rapid relief and innovative formulations to target the specific symptoms of menopause. Bonafide has a product Relizen, that I used when I use to get hot flashes. It was recommended to me by my gynecologists and let me tell you, it really worked for me. It takes about 2-3 months for the hot flashes to become non existent but in that time they are steady lessening. It helps with relief from hot flashes and night sweats. Relizen is made from pollen. When I started taking this years ago, it was the only supplement this company had. Now there are so many that are related to women’s hormones. They have Ristela which is stimulating support for intimate moments. They also have Revaree that helps with vaginal dryness and, Clairvee to balance your vaginal microbiome. This company now has numerous supplements that help women through PMS and menopause. Here is the link to check out their products . They are having a holiday sale now where you get 25% off your first subscription order using the coupon code HOLIDAY25

Qntm Leaf Tea is a small tea company out of Austin, Tx that sell teas for focus, balance and clarity.. They have many teas for various things but I have found that the GABA Oolong helps with relaxation and sleep and contributes to vision and muscle function. Enjoy a steamy cup to help balance your body and calm your mind from the stress of a packed day. The Jasmine White tea will serve as your perfect early-afternoon pick-me-up to provide clarity and focus throughout your day. This tea is one of the things I routinely put in my welcome kit to my new coaching clients. Here is the link to Qntm Leaf tea.

One of the members in my menopause group on Facebook passed on this cooling blanket for hot sleepers. I have not tried it but it is worth a look. You can purchase it on Amazon

One last product that I have tried was a supplement called Menopause Relief that was sent to me to try from this company called Windsor Botanicals. I love it because it helps with relief from symptoms. Every experience is unique, so this formula is scientifically blended to alleviate a whole spectrum of changes. Supports overall wellness for women in the menopausal age. Here is the link from Amazon

With menopause finally getting a place in the conversation, you will start to see many other menopause related items. My advice is to vet the product first before you spend money on it. Some products promise cures for menopause and the red flag there is cure. Menopause is not a disease or illness it is a natural part of a woman’s life. As always, if you have questions about your menopause journey, reach out to me. I can help.
